Every business collects different kinds of information, and it’s important that the promises we make here are specific to The Ambitious Moms Movement.

When we say “We,” “Our,” or “Us,” we’re talking about FP2P, which is legally responsible for processing payments for The Ambitious Moms Summit and Membership ("TAMM").

Collecting and Using Your Personal Information

When you interact with TAMM — signing up for the summit, downloading a resource, or joining our membership— you’re trusting us with some of your personal information. We take that responsibility seriously.

What We Collect

  • Contact Information: Name, email, address, or phone number if you share it with us.

    • Please note: when you register for The Ambitious Moms Summit, The Ambitious Moms Movement, or related offers, your email address will be added to both Richelle Clayton’s list (From Pregnant to Parent) and Nicole Kelley’s list (Nicole Kelley Coaching). You will also receive emails from both of us via The Ambitious Moms Movement email list. You may unsubscribe from any on or all of these at any time.

  • Financial Information: If you purchase something, your payment details go through Stripe, PayPal, or ThriveCart. Payments are collected under FP2P. We do not store your financial information.

  • Profile Information: When you register, we create a profile so you can access your purchase and so we know how to best support you.

  • Analytics Data: Like most websites, we use tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Kajabi Analytics) to understand how people use our site. This helps us improve your experience and know which resources are actually helpful.

How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Contact Info: Kept only as long as necessary, unless you ask us to delete it.

  • Financial Info: Never stored by us. Processed only through Stripe, PayPal, or ThriveCart.

  • Profile Info: Kept as long as you’re active with us, then securely deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking

We use cookies and pixels (like the Meta Pixel) to improve your experience and understand whether our ads and content are reaching the right people. You can adjust your browser settings to reject them, though some parts of the Website may not work perfectly without them.

Email Marketing

When you register for The Ambitious Moms Summit or related offers, your email address will be added to three separate lists:

  1. The Ambitious Moms Movement (TAMM) for summit updates, membership information, and movement-related resources.

  2. From Pregnant to Parent (Richelle Clayton) for parent coaching resources and related offers.

  3. Nicole Kelley Coaching (Nicole Kelley) for leadership and career coaching resources and related offers.

You may unsubscribe from any of these lists at any time. Each company manages its list separately and complies with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell your information, but if you opt in to a third-party speaker’s resource, your information may also go to them.

Sharing Information

We share your personal information only when necessary—for example, to deliver programs, work with payment processors, or if required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard methods and trusted third-party platforms to protect your information. Nothing online is ever 100% risk-free, but we do everything we reasonably can to safeguard your data.

Who Sees Your Information

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Kajabi Analytics

  • Marketing Partners: Occasionally affiliates or summit speakers, but only if you choose to opt in to their resource.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart (collected under FP2P)

Protecting Children
